Skumt erbjudande av köpare på min bil. Vill betala via Paypal. Seriöst eller bluff?

Jag fick ett sms idag från en kille utomlands som vill köpa min bil som jag har lagt ut på Blocket.
Han ville veta om den fanns kvar, och att jag skulle svara till hans emailadress.

Jag skrev ett sms och talade om att bilen finns kvar, och nyss fick jag följande mail:

En klassisk scam, brorsan fick ett liknande mail när han skulle sälja sin HD.

I want to be honest with you since you cannot Come see the car by yourself.*

The car was*due to an annual inspection last week, but it did not pass.*
There is serious rust underneath the car that has to be fixed to get the car to pass.*
Allso the xenon lights and the cruice controll and the Abs brakes does not work since me and a friend tried to weld the rust. The car burns the fuses as soon as I turn on the ignition.*
I dont think it is any big problem. I think there is only an minor electrical malfunction.*
The car looks and runs great.*

Except for the electrical malfunction and the rust underneath the car there are only minor dents and scrathes. But the car is not new so you have to excpect some wear and tear. :-)

Bekanta till mej hade sin villavagn på blocket i våras. Den intresserade var en Kim Jensen (vanligt namn i Danmark)som var sjökapten o han skulle skicka nån för att kolla in vagnen och han ville veta var vagnen stod o att han skulle skicka handpeng. Grejen är att hans mailadress var från Litauen! Jag skulle dra öronen åt mig... Vart för mycket blufferier med sådana svar. Samt att senaste registrerade ägaren (dvs den svenska) åker på en j-a massa annat skit efteråt, eftersom fordonet aldrig skrivs som det ens lämnat landet eller den som sålde det.

Ska se hur långt jag kan ljuga och fortfarande behålla "köparens" intresse.
Imorgon ska jag maila ett förtvivlat mail och förklara att grannen som lånat bilen i helgen glömde stänga takluckan och att vi hade ett jävla väder så tyvärr är bilen vattenskadad. Men det gör väl inget?

Jag tänker aldrig ge ut mitt Paypal till dom.
Håller på att se hur långt jag kan driva med dom innan dom fattar att jag vet att det är en blåsning...

Jag fick en idé idag!
Om jag skulle ta och försöka få reda på en adress som den här killen vill att jag ska "leverera" bilen till så har jag en lite kul idé...

Jag tänkte att om jag beställer en massa varor från t.ex. USA i hans namn, och uppger den amerikanska firmans Paypal.
Då sätter han ju in pengar på DERAS Paypal, sen skickar firman varorna, och bluffmakaren drar sedan tillbaka pengarna.

-Då har ju HAN gjort sig skyldig till bedrägeri, och jag har en känsla av att han kan få det rätt så hett om öronen...

Är det här något som kan funka?
Går det att sätta honom i en knepig sits?

My neighbor has not fixed the electric malfunction.
But he has used the car this weekend.
Yesterday was great weather in the daytime so he parked the car with the sunroof open.
Then he started to drink his disgusting moonshine and playing his banjo and forgot all about the car.
So today when I came home the car was all wet inside after the heavy rain last night.
It will take days to dry the car!

I think that you have better weather in your part of Europe, so you will have no problem drying the car up.
It will take no time for you as soon as the sun starts to warm the car up.
